Three kids in one photo!

I know first hand how hard it is to get three kids to pose for a picture.

My own kids are not thrilled when I pull out the camera and start moving everybody around.

But they always do well for somebody else.

Thankfully, I get to be that somebody else for other people!

Nicole and Kevin have three great kids and the youngest recently turned one.

Sounds like a great time for a picture!

Trash The Dress - Seattle

Trash The Dress is the newest creative side to wedding photography. I've been imensely inspired by other photographers and the creative videos on youtube. It just took nearly a year to discover that my own sister-in-law was willing to trash her dress!

Mike and Elyse scouted their own locations. We used pilings under an onramp, Seattle Pottery Supply, some empty loading docks, and the beach at Discovery Park. It was wild, fun, amazing and we were all exhausted afterwards.

They're not as large as I would normally post, but I had to get them up ASAP because I was so excited!!

Lauren and Lance - sneak peek 1

Lauren and Lance's wedding on June 13, 2009

also happened to be my first wedding of the year.

There was so much love in this couple and group of friends,

it was a joy to be with them all day

The men were gentlemanly but playful,

the girls all had a fun and wild side that was easily tapped for pictures.

The groom never showed his nervousness.

The bride glowed the entire day.

I got a sneak peek at the groom's ring
And the ladies felt like a quick run before lunch

The bride even tried to twirl in her beautiful gown...

Orting Family in the Park

I last saw this family in April when little Kiana was just 6 weeks old.

Now she has become a smiley little thing.

Well, smiley sometimes!

Her mother told me she smiled all morning, so she must have been all smiled out.

Still a great face!

Here is big brother Kayden!

He is always a ham for me!

And he doesn't mind showing off a little....

He loves his sisters and is always eager to help with the baby.

Big sister Kaylina is a sweetheart, just under two years old!
